When you talk through your situation with our caring, professional counsellors, you’ll receive personalised financial guidance and support to overcome your money problems and build financial strength for the future.

Our friendly team member will guide you through the process, so don’t worry about what you need to say. If you receive an appointment, you’ll receive an email confirmation of what you’ll need to bring to your appointment. For example, payslips, income statements, debts owed and account numbers.

The financial counsellor may:
+ Ask questions about your financial situation
+ Help you develop goals
+ Contact credit providers on your behalf (or show you how to)
+ Offer some follow up actions
+ Outline what they will do, before your next session
Moneycare DOES NOT provide emergency cash loans, vouchers, emergency relief, or investment advice.
