Salvation Army launches disaster appeal

The Salvation Army is partnering with the Queensland State Government by launching a disaster appeal to help the North Queensland communities affected by Cyclone Debbie.

During times of disaster we are often inundated with public generosity, however our teams on the front line are currently requesting cash donations as they allow us to provide immediate assistance to the community.

Cash donations also allow the people affected to recover with dignity by purchasing items they need most, which also injects much needed funds into the local economy.
