Thoughts, prayers and support for those involved in the Lindt Chocolate Cafe Siege
16 December 2014
With the tragic end to the siege at the Lindt Chocolate Cafe in Sydney's Martin Place, The Salvation Army's thoughts and prayers are with all those involved: those who were held hostage, those who lost their lives as well as the police and other emergency personnel.
One of our chaplains was called upon to offer support to victims and their families during this extremely difficult time; our thoughts and prayers are with these people also.
Tomorrow, The Salvation Army will again be in Martin Place to provide support where needed to those in the area. Please come and speak to us if you feel you need to.
