Did you know more than 26,000 young people aged 12 to 25 are homeless in Australia?
It’s a devastating fact not many people are aware of and The Salvation Army is inviting students to shine the light on this hidden issue – through
The “Hidden Others” film competition is open to young people living in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania aged 12 – 18 years.
This is the second year of the competition and the film entry brief is simple:
Answer and explore how youth homelessness is hidden in Australia and the causes of youth homelessness
Keep your film under 5 minutes long
Submit your film no later than 5.00pm AEST on Wednesday 20
The winner or winning team will receive the opportunity to participate in a

The winning film will be announced during Homelessness Prevention Week in the first week of August.
