Agency referral and secondary consultation

Children and Parenting Support Service provides professional referrers with the option of secondary consultation where eligibility to the program requires clarification.

Please note there may be occasions when the program receives higher-than-normal volume of referrals and may not have the to assist everyone immediately. We will be in contact with you as soon as is practicable.

For feedback and appeals

You may find there are times when The Salvation Army does not meet your expectations. In these circumstances we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to learning from your experience as it will help us to continually improve the services we deliver.

Feedback can be provided to the CaPSS program manager by email.

If you have a complaint which relates to the actual or possible abuse of a child, children or a vulnerable person, please contact The Salvation Army’s Quality and Safeguarding team.
