THE GOOD NEWS

Gospel literally means "GOOD NEWS." We would love to explain the gospel of Jesus Christ to you.

FROM THROUGH TO

Jesus has rescued us FROM the Kingdom of Darkness, THROUGH His life, death and resurrection, inTO the Kingdom of Light. Take a look at the following diagram. Where is your life at? Jesus is the hero, and He wants to rescue you.

THE GOSPEL IN 4 STEPS

1. God, the creator of the world, loves you heaps! He created you for good works, He has a purpose for your life and He wants you to live life in all its fullness.

2. We are all sinners. We would be liars if we said that we had never done the wrong thing! But because God is HOLY, we are separated from Him when we sin. This sin will stuff up our life here on Earth but ultimately will lead us to hell.

3. Jesus died and rose again to save us from sin. God hates it that sin separates us from Him and sends us to hell so Jesus took the punishment for our sin for us.

4. Salvation from sin and relationship with God are ours if we decide. God has done everything necessary for us to be saved, but we must decide that we want it. To do this we need to TURN from our sin and TURN towards God and trust Him in all that we do!

THE LIFE OF JESUS

Reading the life of Jesus is the best way to find out more about the good news that He offers and is. You can read how He cared for the poor, stood for righteousness and justice, how he healed the sick, stilled raging storms, raised the dead and dealt with demons.
