Grenfell Greats - Roy Nash

Roy Nash (pictured on left with David Horneman) is a local Salvationist and school bus driver who also visits the Grenfell club every Thursday evening. He hands out copies of The Salvation Army’s War Cry magazine and chats with patrons, but it’s the kids who really look forward to seeing him: They really look forward to getting the Kidzone [a Salvation Army weekly children’s publication], he says, They know what time we’re coming and they wait for us at the front door! Roy also drives the Salvation Army bus on Sundays, picking up people for church and is involved in all Salvation Army activities and events.
