In times of need - youth services

The Oasis Youth Centre in Wyong opened on 27 November 1999, as a response to the needs of young people on the Central Coast. Its initiation was a collaboration between The Salvation Army, local and federal government and community members. It provides a range of services to young people from a safe place for them to hang-out, to life-skills, driving lessons, counselling, education, welfare support and sports and recreation. Regular hot meals, discounted and free groceries and shower facilities are on-hand for those in need.
