Dubbo Army Heroes - Barry Nancarrow

In 1984, Lieutenant Barry Nancarrow was appointed to lead The Salvation Army in Dubbo. After his time in Dubbo he went on to spend a large portion of his ministry in The Salvation Army’s Red Shield Defence Services (RSDS), leading the RSDS as Chief Commissioner. He is pictured here (centre) with military personnel at Duntroon.
