The Salvation Army in Coffs Harbour today
The Salvation Army remains a vibrant presence in Coffs Harbour today, with its Mastracoloas Road centre a hive of activity. Men’s, women’s, and children’s groups run weekly, as well as two Recovery Church meetings at Coffs and Boambee and two Sunday worship services at 9am and 11am. Seniors meet monthly for fellowship and entertainment. People in need can access help through Salvos Connect and find low-cost clothing and household goods at The Salvation Army Family Store in Walter Morris Close. The Salvation Army also operates a Family Housing service in Coffs Harbour in an effort to prevent homelessness.
