The Salvation Army in Tenterfield today

The Salvation Army in Tenterfield remains a vibrant expression of God’s love in the community today, with Sunday worship services and various programs running during the week.

Our Mainly Music program (music appreciation) program for parents with children up to five years of age is held every Wednesday during school terms; we have boxing programs Tuesdays - juniors at 4pm and seniors at 5.30pm; Junior Youth Group Fridays (4-5:30 pm); Family Worship Sundays at 10am, with Kids Church on at the same time.

People in need can access low-cost clothing, household goods and furniture at our Family Store on 13 Crown Street and our Salvos Caring teams visit the elderly and nursing homes.
