Outreach Van
Each week, a team of our amazing volunteers head out into our Community on our Van to provide Community Outreach to those in need.
We provide support and give items such as sleeping bags, tents, coats, food, hot drinks and soup, to members of our commnunity who are in need.

Pastoral Care
Our Pastoral Care worker provides physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of individuals and/or families through times of transition, stress, grief and loss.
Our Outreach team strive to support and journey with our Community members, through the good times and the bad.
