Breakfast
We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.00 am. We invite you to join us for breakfast, between 9.00 and 10.00 am.
We offer a hot breakfast on Monday and Friday, and a continental breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurt) on a Wednesday.
The coffee is hot, the people are friendly, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Women's Group - For Others
Every Monday morning, our For Others group meets. This is a group of women who come together to create things that will help other people. We may knit or cook or do something creative. We always laugh together and build friendships that enrich our lives.

Other Activities
We also have a range of activities including movie mornings, gardening, board games and morning teas.
Our community members are welcome to suggest activities, and we help them to organise and run these activities as much as possible.
Soul Space
Our hall is a soul space, open throughout the day to come and relax. You may want to meet people for a a chat, or just enjoy a quiet cuppa on your own. If you need help, you can speak with our officers, staff and volunteers, and we can help you to access what it is you need.
As a faith community, we are happy to pray with you and for you.
