Christmas appeal fundraising at School

Food and Gift Drive

Host a food and/or gift drive at school and ask your community to donate items that will bring some Christmas cheer to someone who might otherwise go without this holiday season.

Hamper of Hope

Register to receive Salvation Army ‘hamper bags’. In this special initiative, your students and school community can each fill a bag with 8+ non-perishable food items to form a complete hamper for someone doing it tough right now. You can fill hampers as a class, individually or as a family or small group. Using the registration form below, order your hamper bags to be posted to your school along with our suggested items ‘shopping list’. We will be in contact to confirm your registration and arrange collection of your donation (or a drop off location).

In–school fundraising

As many Australians battle the cost of living crisis, your school can help to ease this stress for affected families. The collective impact of your school’s combined fundraising efforts can go a long way for people doing it tough right now. Partner with the Salvos and host a fundraiser such as casual clothes day, barbecue, or perhaps add a fundraising element to your end of school year event. There are so many ways for your school to be involved in fundraising during Term 4. Contact us to learn more and get involved.

Online Fundraising – Christmas Wishes

Christmas Wishes is The Salvation Army’s online Christmas Appeal fundraiser. Sign up and invite your school community to make an online donation to make Wishes come true.
