God cares for you

The Bible says that Jesus – the Son of God – came down to Earth from Heaven to live with us. God loved us – his creation – so much that he wanted to be with us, guide us and experience life alongside us. So, he sent Jesus into the world as a baby, which we remember at Christmas. 
The Bible says, “God has shown his love to us by sending his only Son into the world” (1 John chapter 4 verse 9, NLV).

Jesus’ experiences on Earth – his trials, heartaches and pains – mean he can empathise deeply with whatever we are going through.

No matter how big or small your problem or pain may be, we want you to know God cares for you.

The Bible encourages us to, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you” (1 Peter chapter 5 verse 7, NIV).

God is always listening. He wants us to reach out to him. You are loved, accepted and heard. 

You can call to him in prayer

Prayer doesn’t require a script or fancy words. It is simply a conversation with God – whether silently in your mind, or out loud. We can come to God with our needs, uncertainties, worries, gratitude or whatever life has placed before us. The Bible assures us that he hears us. 

“Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you” (Jeremiah chapter 29 verse 12, NIV).
