Twice a week our van is filled to burst by Aldi Colac who actively work to ensure precious food and goods aren't wasted but given a second chance to help households across the Region financially. 

From dozens of watermelons for a summery treat to large swathes of meat to keep us full for longer, what a blessing these donations are.

Supporting all in the Colac Region to keep their pets healthy, Petstock Colac has a deep history in regional Victoria after its beginnings in Ballarat and then spreading throughout Australia and beyond. 

Petstock Colac have come onboard with Colac Salvos to support all animal lovers throughout the Colac Region and it is their heart beat to help anyone and everyone to best look after their pet best freinds.

Without their support and passion for animals, we wouldn't be able to feed the many hungry pets that are a part of families going through a rough patch.

Working to keep all informed, the Colac Herald has been a main stay of the Colac Region and has been incredibly generous over the years to Colac Salvos. 

Getting the word out to the many people that pick up their paper on a regular basis of what is going on at Colac Salvos, helps to reduce the barrier that can sometimes be in place to feel comfortable coming to the Salvos, to get the assistance all of us need at some stage when life takes a turn.

Everyone in the Colac Region knows Pammy, and everyone will say the same things. Pammy has cracked the code to make amazing pizza's at a great price and always with a smile. 

Pammy doesn't just run an amazing local business but she is incredibly generous, always open to support those that are needing a great feed when the hip pocket isn't on their side. Through Colac Salvos, Pammy has been able to keep the bellies full of those going through some of the most vulnerable times of life.

Every Friday, one of the amazing volunteers from Geelong Food Relief will park and help unload a van full of holistic and generously donated goods for us to distribute to the Community through our Market Day program. 

Simply put, without their consistent and generous work, close to 1.5 tonne of food wouldn't be available to the Colac Region and every week all of that food is distributed or utilised by Colac Salvos to feed the Colac Region. 

What a relief it is knowing there is an organisation out their like Geelong Food Relief.

The Teachers, Leaders and Students of Colac Secondary College are displaying those values held so highly and visibly, and they are displaying them through some incredible Community work in the Colac Region. 

Cooking, chatting, painting, sorting, playing are just some of the ways the Teachers, Leaders and Students of the Colac Secondary College have brought joy and enrichment to the Community through Colac Salvos. Intiatives like the Otway Wardrobe and The Drop-in have been instrumentally led or informed by those of CSC. 

They haven't just been a blessing to the Community or those that are serving but to the Team at Colac Salvos, bringing hope of a joy filled and inspired tomorrow.

Foodbank needs no introduction for the indispensable support they offer millions throughout Australia and Colac is no different. Every week we are able to order large quantities of items that all those in the Colac Region need, and can utilise to bring down the Costs of Living. 

What an indescribable blessing they are to us at Colac Salvos and for those Colac Salvos serves in the Colac Region.

Holistically local. 

Two words that encapsulate Otway Pasta Company's approach to business and their heart to support some of the great work happening at Colac Salvos, through donating large amounts of product to feed any and all in the Colac Region. 

But they don't stop there, Steve and the Otway Pasta Company Team have come on board and volunteer their time to do a cook up every Friday at the Community Centre. What a blessing it is to have such an amazing business in the Colac Region.

Everyday that our Community Centre is open, the amazing team at Irrewarra Soutdough have some from bread dropped off to be enjoyed by all!

Irrewarra Sourdough's products are an incredible treat whether they are enjoyed through one of our meals or taken home, the quality that their bread boasts is unbelieveable and we feel so blessed that we are able to share it with the Colac Region.

The Rotary Club of Colac West has given invaluable support to Colac Salvos through volunteering and supporting our initiatives financially over the years. 

Without their support, a number of ways that Colac Salvos has been able to support the Colac Region wouldn't be possible.

The Meriba Women's Club are a unique club to the Colac Region and it has been a blessing to work alongside them to bring a brighter tomorrow for the Colac Region. 

Meriba were a vital part in setting up Colac Salvos Salon, through helping purchase salon chairs, trolleys and a mobile mirror system so that the Colac Salvos Team can offer free hair cuts for all in the Colac Region.

The Rotary Club of Colac was a big part of helping fit out the Community Centre, they were able to purchase the first Washing Machines and Dryers for the Laundry that offers free laundry services for all in the Colac Region. 

These machines get a real work out and we think of the amazing generousity of the Rotary Club of Colac everytime they are used.

Coles Colac have been a supporter of the work that Colac Salvos has been doing, for many years. 

Every week Coles Colac assists the Colac Region by supplying goods to be distributed through our Community Centre.

There wouldn't be a soul in the Colac Region that doesn't know Jo's Pantry and the incredible coffee and foods they have on offer, but their holistic offerings are dwarfed by their service and kindness carried by the whole Team of Jo's Pantry. This is exemplified by Jo DeLorenzo, the owner of Jo's Pantry, who has lead their generousity to Colac Salvos over many years. 

Jo has donated foods, products and packaging supplies which help keep the costs of Colac Salvos low to ensure we can spend the generous donations we steward where its needed most. 

Thank you Jo's Pantry for your support of the Colac Region and of Colac Salvos. 

Working together for a brighter future in the Colac Region, this is the shared goal of Colac Salvos and Colac Vinnies. Colac can be much better supported if those that support Colac work together effectively and we aim to embody that, we have done this most recently with collaborations in our Otway Wardrobe and Otway TentCare initiatives which has allowed for more donation points for the Community and more distribution points too. 

We have been able to collect vastly more donations and to be able to engage more of the community through the passionate people that support our organisations. 

We hope to see this relationship flourish long into the future to ensure a brighter tomorrow for the Colac Region.

Constantly looking to find ways to support and fund great works throughout the Colac Region, the Genua Brothers have helped fund and support some of our Christmas Appeals, helping create hampers for many families to have a merrier Christmas.

Your local Woolies has been an incredible support of the work Colac Salvos does throughout the Region, by providing Bread and bakery goods every week without fail. 

Woolworths Colac has also been an active supporter through the Easter period through donating hundreds of dollars of chocolate eggs for Colac Salvos to run easter egg hunts for any and all that want some fun in that season.
