The SCH Outreach Team offers support to those in Sydney who are sleeping rough

The team offers care, practical assistance and referrals. Each week, we distribute hot meals, blankets, toiletry packs, clothing and more.

More importantly, the Outreach Team provides a listening ear and compassionate support to those experiencing homelessness.
