Life can be hard, especially if you don't have networks to support you through difficult circumstances.

Our Doorways team of trained staff and volunteers offer a range of practical support programs for people experiencing hardship and financial difficulties in times of crisis and beyond.

Our Doorways team may provide food hampers, financial support and referral to other services (such as financial counselling) as appropriate.

Appointments: To make an appointment, please call (03) 8339 4987 during our opening hours to book on the same day (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, between 9:30am and 3:00pm).

Public transport: Our closest access point to public transport is the Craigieburn Train Station, then travelling by foot - turning left onto Potter St, crossing under the bridge, then right at the roundabout onto Interlink Drive. Warning: the walk is currently unpaved with heavy traffic on the roads, so please find alternate transport (if possible) unless you are steady on your feet and able to manage rocky ground.
