 Frequently Asked Questions

Do we Believe in Good?

At Generous Culture, we believe in good. We worship a good and generous God who supplies everything we need to live a good life. We strive to be good stewards of all that God has provided for us. This includes living a life marked by radical generosity. Like the Good Samaritan, we go out of our way to meet the needs of others with a spirit of generosity that reflects the love of Jesus in both word and action.

When we adopt this posture of Jesus-centred, whole-of-life generosity, good things happen. Lives are transformed, people find financial freedom, and hope is revealed in communities of faith.

Yes. We believe in good, because doing good with a heart of generosity unleashes a Spirit-led life that is truly life. Read 1 Timothy 6:17-19 NLT

“Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and generous to those in need, always being ready to share with others. By doing this they will be storing up their treasure as a good foundation for the future so that they may experience true life.”  (1 Timothy 6:17-19 NLT)
