Assistance is available through the PAL (Phone Assistance Line) number. Firstly, be assessed through the PAL, then come to see us at 156 Bay Rd, Bolton Point to pick up and activate your card.

Our Welfare days are Tuesday & Thursday

9:30am to 2pm

Call the PAL Line (Phone Assistance Line) on 02 87757988 to be assessed for a gift card or other assistance.

If you need Welfare Assistance (known as "ER" - Emergency Relief) you firstly have to call the PAL (Phone Assistance Line) on 02 8775 7988. They will then direct you to come and see us on our open days & we can issue the card.

For Welfare, Lakes Salvos is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 2:00pm at 156 Bay Road, Bolton Point.

However if you are in need of emergency food assistance please call the office during 9.30am-2.00pm Tuesday to Friday, and we'll do our best not to send you away empty-handed.
