If you find yourself in crisis and in need of material or financial assistance, please call the Salvos Personal Assistance Line (PAL) on (02) 8775 7989 (9 am-4 pm, Monday to Friday). This phone number will connect you with our Emergency Assessment team. Our staff will have a compassionate, confidential conversation with you, and ask you questions about your situation. Once you have completed your phone assessment, the team will direct you to your local Salvos Community Connect Centre where you can collect your pre-approved assistance.
