We would love for you to join us for church on Sunday, 9.30am. In-person or Live Stream. Experience an uplifting church service, with a contemporary style of worship, that speaks to all generations and nationalities. Our heart is for people to come to know who Jesus is, and we pray that you will experience this.

Our Connect4 Strategy
Celebrate
Celebrate is about creating a culture where each believer celebrates Jesus daily. We also see celebration when we worship and praise alongside other followers of Jesus by acknowledging who He is, what He has done, is doing and will do. When we join together for our Sunday services, it’s the celebration of all God has been doing in our lives over the past week.
Cultivate
Cultivate is about growing as a disciple of Jesus Christ. Cultivating our spiritual life is a personal responsibility. Everyone at NBC also partners with the wider church to further their own spiritual growth. This looks like developing spiritual habits that will help us grow our relationship with God. Some of the main areas of cultivating our Christian life include engaging with personal devotions, life groups, sermons and mentoring.
Connect
Connecting is about building relationships twofold. We see connecting with our wider community as about being missional. We have various opportunities through NBC to be missional and meet community needs. Being missional and connecting is also done literally, by being Jesus in this world as we go about our everyday. We also desire to connect with those in the church. Building strong Christian networks enables people to share their lives and engage in life together by celebrating the good times and walking through the tough times with each other.
Contribute
Contributing to the life of the church helps fulfil God’s idea of the body of Christ. When we all have a part to play, a chance to use our gifts, give of our time and finances. Our Vision
The vision for our church is hope, freedom and transformation through Jesus. We See this for everyone, everyday, everywhere!
We want this for us personally, for our marriages, for our families, for our church and for our community.
HOPE
We see that HOPE can shape everyone's future. Through Jesus, we believe in an abundant life. (Isa 40:31 says, "those that hope in the Lord will find new strength")
FREEDOM
We see that FREEDOM is available to everyone. Through Jesus, we can overcome sin and all that stops us from living as God intends. (2 Cor 3:17 says, "where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom")
TRANSFORMATION
We see that life TRANSFORMATION can be everyone's story. Through Jesus, our lives are in the process of becoming like Him. (2 Cor 3:18 says, "we are being transformed into His likeness")

We seek to be a Christ-centred people who are led by the Holy Spirit, engaged in God's Word and actively following Jesus through prayer, teaching and discipleship.

We cultivate a welcoming, inclusive and unified faith community by engaging in meaningful and positive relationships with all those around us. We value participating in life groups as an avenue of doing this.

We practice a culture of celebration through individual and corporate commitment to encouragement, marking milestones and successes.

6. GENEROSITY (Phil 1:6)
We embrace an attitude of generosity. This includes being discerning stewards and generous givers of our finances; extending hospitality; sharing our resources, time and talents within our own faith community.
7. MINISTRY (1 Cor 12:4-7)
We believe that everyone has God-given gifts and therefore encourage all believers to become involved in ministry, serving as God has shaped them. We seek to provide opportunities for all in our church to discover and develop their God-given gifts
8. ALL GENERATIONS (Ps 58:5-7)
We value every generation and encourage the development of intergernerational relationships and worship. We do this by providing relevant activities and teaching that will help each generation know Christ, grow in Christ and serve in ministry, in a safe and inclusive environment.
9. LEADERS DEVELOPMENT (Tit 2:7-8)
We champion leadership that demontrates Christ-like character, a servant heart, fairness and openess. We promote investing in and developing future leaders.
10. PARTNERSHIP WITH THE WIDER SALVATION ARMY (Matt 28:19-20; Matt 25:40)
We value participation in community of the wider Salvation Army - a global salvation and holiness movement committed to saving souls, growing saints and serving in suffering humanity,.
