We’re so glad you’ve found us online! Whether you’re just curious about church, exploring faith for the first time, or looking for a new church to call home, you are warmly invited to join us.

We know stepping into a church for the first time can feel a little daunting, so we’ve created this page to answer some of the questions you might have. No matter who you are, what you believe, or where you’re coming from, you are welcome here!

Here’s the heart of who we are: we’re a community of everyday people who love Jesus and love others, and believe in hope, freedom and transformation for everyone, everyday, everywhere. Our church is a safe and friendly space where you can explore life’s big questions, connect with others, and discover the joy and hope that comes from living with purpose.

So come as you are—jeans and sneakers, or a little more dressed up, it’s all good! You don’t have to be a Christian to attend, and there’s no pressure or judgment here. We just want you to feel at home and know that you belong.

If you’re wondering about practical things like parking, kids' programs, or what a Sunday service looks like, we’ve got you covered—scroll down to check out the FAQs below.

We can’t wait to meet you! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here for you. See you soon!

Our church is located on 3 streets, cnr Handford & Roghan Roads, Taigum, opposite Coles and Aldi on the opposite corner.  We are on a 5 acre block, with a large digital sign at the corner of Handford & Roghan Rds, near the traffic lights.  Main building is just off the carpark.  Entry to the carpark is cnr Roghan & Lemke Roads, Taigum (first driveway on the left).

Our Sunday services [and Good Friday service] start at 9.30am.  Our Christmas Day service starts at 9.00am.

Most people wear jeans or shorts and a T-shirt, but up to you.  Whatever you feel most comfortable in.  We are fairly casual.

Yes!  Everything is on one level and wheelchair accessible, from our carpark to our main auditorium.  We have a separate unisex bathroom for your convenience.  There is also wheelchair parking available in our carpark.

We have a variety of people attending our church, all ages and all nationalities.

Yes, there is plenty of parking on the church property, both in the carpark and on the lawns just off the carpark.  Street parking is also available.  Parking is free.  We also have parking bays allocated for wheelchairs, should this be something you require.  There is a drop off area at the front of our building, under the portico, near the main building (on the Lemke Road side) where the main glass doors are.  This area is designated for drop-offs and pick-ups, providing a convenient space for everyone—please use it as needed and then make room for the car behind you to do the same.

We want people to experience an uplifting church service, with a contemporary style of worship, that speaks to all generations and nationalities.  Our heart is for people to come to know who Jesus is, and we pray that you will experience this wherever you are enaging with us. We have both in-person and online congregations, with our Sunday services being livestreamed, and people can also watch our services on demand.  Church starts at 9.30am.

Church starts at 9.30am.  If you arrive early, grab a complimentary tea or instant coffee before church starts [and one afterwards as well!).  We will have some singing, maybe an interview with some church members, a short video or two and a time of annoucements to keep you in the loop of what's happening around NBC.  There'll be a short bible reading, a short message (around 20 mins), then the service will finish off with some singing and prayer.  The service usually finishes around 10.45am.  If it's the first Sunday of the month, donuts will be available for purchase after church (monies go towards our NBC Kids and Youth ministries).  If it's the third Sunday of the month, you and your friends and family are welcome to stay back for Fellowship Lunch (there will be plenty of food to share).
