The Salvation Army Emergency Services (SAES) teams are often found in the midst of crisis and disaster situations nationally and internationally. Our teams specialise in food services - providing for both displaced victims as well as the SES, emergency services and support staff that work to put-right disaster situations.
The local Noosa SAES team has been involved in assisting during the local and state-wide floods of 2011 & 2013, 2019-2020 bushfires and catering for various local events.
Most SAES volunteers are members of The Salvation Army church, however all people are welcome to be involved. All volunteers must complete a one-day SAES Accreditation course before they are eligible to participate.
If you would like to volunteer or find out more please contact the church.
