Community Connect

This service supports community members who are needing material or financial assistance for emergency relief situations. Community members are to call the assessment line on 07 3001 6288 first, before a gift card voucher can be issued at the below sites and times:

49-61 Beck Road, Condon – Mon & Tues 9:30am – 12pm
13 Madden Street, Aitkenvale – Wed & Thurs 10am – 12pm

The Community Connect sites are also open for free coffee and community connection, advice about community support services, as well as free bread, and clothes. Referrals can be made to our Social Worker and our Financial Counsellor.
