You’re invited to a demonstration of our digital services offered by Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support.

We’ll show you all the tips and tricks so you can assist our customers with digital services to empower them.

We’ll talk you through the resources available on our website and show practical demonstrations, including how to:

  • find information in another language
  • submit documents using online accounts and Express Plus mobile apps
  • locate payments and services using Payment & Service Finder
  • create a myGov account and use Express Plus mobile apps
  • complete tasks such as reporting employment income
  • view concession cards and Medicare card with the Digital Wallet, and
  • use the huge range of online guides and video tutorials, which show you how to use our digital services

Please bring along a mobile device. This could be a smart phone, tablet or laptop—if you have one. This will help you get started straight away.

Our digital services are a simple, convenient and secure way for you and your customers to do government business on the go.
