Empowering Youth
Spark Collective is a FREE social leadership program offered to young people aged 14 - 24 years old from the Central Coast region.
The program runs for 9 months and provide a space for young leaders to grow, advocate for the voice of young people & spark positive change in Central Coast community, while building self-confidence and important professional life skills.

Building Community
We believe that young people are critical to building a strong community. The issues young people care about must be heard & young people must be empowered to come up innovative solutions that make a difference.
Practical Mentorship
Yong people involved on the program will have the opportunity to plan and deliver youth events, work on a community social justice project, all while being mentored by great local leaders and youth instructors.
