Youth Support and Development (YSD)

The Youth Support and Development Program (YSD) is a case management program that has a focus on supporting young people between the ages of 15 and 19 to develop their independent living skills.

The YSD program also aims to address contributing factors to disengagement from education, training or employment and seeks to reengage young people with these sectors.

Young people are supported in a holistic manner, developing a care plan with their case manager that outlines the goals that they wish to work towards.

Referrals can be made by external agencies, family members or the young person directly.
