At Ringwood Salvos, we’re passionate about creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for young people to grow, learn, and thrive. From the rhythm and movement of Mainly Music to exploring creativity with Spark & Kaboom, to musical opportunities in Genesis Brass and Just Brass, we have something for every age group. For our teens, Explode Youth offers a place to connect, build friendships, and dive deeper into life and faith. We take pride in ensuring all our kids and youth leaders are trained and meet integrity checks, so families can feel confident their young ones are in a caring and safe space!

mainly music

mainly music is a 30-minute fun music themed session for families of children up to preschool age. Followed by morning tea and the opportunity for play.

Runs every Monday during school term 10am-12pm. Contact us to express your interest.

Sp@rk & K@Boom

Sp@rk and K@Boom are our Kids Church programs that run during the 10am meeting. Come join in a program of fun activities, Bible stories, singing and worship for 3-12yo. Discover who God is and how much he loves you!

Just Brass

Just Brass is our primary school aged music tuition program. Students learn under the guidance of skilled qualified musicians every week towards an end of term concert. Runs Fridays from 3:30-5:30pm during school term

Junior Youth

Junior Youth Group is a combined initiative with other corps (locations) around eastern Melbourne. Monthly sessions are run during school terms for children in grades 3-6. Previous activities have included a Nerf party, water fight, movie night and a birthday party!

Genesis Brass

Genesis Brass is our high school chapter of our brass instrument education program. Many of our Just Brass graduates continue their musical development in this program. Runs Tuesdays 7pm during school term

Explode Youth

In Grades 7-12? Come along to Explode Youth! On certain Fridays there are special events such as mini golf, laser tag through to a night of games or movies. On Sundays during the meeting there is a catch up and Bible discussion. Get in touch with us if this sounds interesting to you

Divisional Events and Family Days Out

Throughout the year we’re excited to offer a range of divisional events that bring kids, youth, and families together for fun and growth! From unleashing creativity at Creative Arts Camp to making lifelong memories at Kids Camp and Youth Camp, there’s always something happening. We also love our Family Days Out, where everyone can come together for adventure and connection. Keep an eye out on 'What's On', where we'll list these events when they appear.
