We're currently planning & preparing for an action packed School Holiday Program in January 2015!

To register your child for The Salvation Army Ryde's January 2015 School Holiday Program then please download our Parental Permission Form by clicking here. After this please download our Parent Information & Day Tick Sheet by clicking here.

These forms have all of the information you will need about the days. BOTH FORMS NEED TO BE COMPLTED AND RETURNED to Salvation Army staff by MONDAY 12th JANUARY 2015 for your child to be eligibile to attend.
