The Homeless Health Access Program has been created to provide medical care and support for those who may be experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The program will provide person-centred medical care delivered by health professionals in a respectful and non-judgmental manner. Experienced doctors will provide primary care and facilitate access to other health services for those with specific or complex health needs.

The new medical clinic will operate on Thursdays from 10.00am to 2.00pm, at:

The Salvation Army
Shepparton Corps and Community Centre
99 Nixon Street, Shepparton VIC 3630

There is no cost associated with the program. Appointments are not required (although may change in the future).
