Emergency help when you need it most.

The Salvation Army has a nationwide centralised assistance call centre where emergency support is co-ordinated and made available. After the phone assessment and evaluation process is completed successfully, a gift card may be allocated to you. Once the authorization is sent through to us you can collect the card at your local Salvos. Your unique activation code for the card will be sent to directly.

The contact number for Salvation Army Assistance Line is 8775 7988 and operates Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm.
