Conference and meeting rooms
Located near Sydney airport, Stanmore House has the option of three different-sized conference rooms and can host groups of between 10 and 100 people (see the gallery below). Each conference room has high-speed WiFi, a sound system, and a large panel screen.
We have several break-out spaces including Heritage rooms, the balcony and manicured gardens.
Each conference room layout is adaptable to the seating configuration you require. Our meeting rooms suit regular weekly group activities, business and corporate workshops, or private functions.

Our largest conference room features Microsoft Teams Room video conferencing capability that supports virtual attendance at meetings or training sessions. The Microsoft Teams Room holds between 30 and 50 people, it has high quality panel screens, presenter and audience cameras, microphones, and speakers.
- Our two smaller conference rooms and the breakout rooms are also equipped with large panel screens for clear presentations.
- Your team can further stay connected with colleagues and work in smaller groups in one of our many break-out spaces
- Additionally, we have several informal gathering areas and relaxing outdoor gardens for you to enjoy.

A catering menu is available upon request when you book one of our conference rooms at Stanmore House. Our team prides itself on the quality of produce used for each meal. We cater to a range of dietary requirements and requests and can service a variety of conference groups, with packages available to suit a range of budgets.
Enjoy a meal in our historic formal dining room or in the casual cafe area. Our on-site Barrista can support breaks during your group booking. Whilst BYO catering it not allowed, we can provide a nutricious variety of chef prepared meals and beautiful buffets.
We are a "dry venue", aand for your convenience, we have an assortment of soft-drinks available and can supply zero-alcohol drinks as well.
Two day, 4 day conference? No problem, we have on-site accommodation to support up to 45 delegates in a variety of configuration options.
