Case Management

Do you ever feel like life is overwhelming you and everything is piling up, about to come crashing on top of you at any minute?

Everyone has times of struggle and hardships. At Streetlevel we have a skilled case manager and two case workers, to help anyone feeling like they need a hand identifying their goals, addressing any potential barriers and to advocate for them. They provide support with (but are not limited to):

- Assistance with Housing
- Centrelink
- Advocacy
- Connecting with other community services/groups
- Referrals
- Accommodation

Workers are available Monday-Friday at our Surry Hills centre.

and Monday-Wednesday at our Waterloo centre.
