The Songsters are all members of the Tuggeranong Corps, who with varied backgrounds unite to serve, praise and worship God in their home church, The Salvation Army. They are teachers, nurses, managers, administration staff, students, homemakers, financial and medical professionals. Their dedication in serving God is evident in their faithful singing ministry at Sunday worship meetings, concerts and Outreach meeting events.
Since its inception more than thirty years ago at Canberra South Corps, the Songsters have travelled to most States of Australia and have completed its first international tour in Fiji, bringing joy and blessing to many people who have heard them.
The Songsters' ministry is currently in recess.
Rehearsal is Wednesday nights during school terms from 7pm to 8.30pm.
